TERMS OF SERVICE
Definitions:
A. Platform – Any page on the springmeyerlaw.com or calstartuplawfirm.com domains.
B. Source code – Any code in any file on the springmeyerlaw.com or calstartuplawfirm.com domains.
I. Terms of Use
A. User may use this platform for their individual personal use and the use of their business. User may not use or access this platform to:Copy the source codeModify or adapt the Software or merge it into another programReverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or make any attempt to discover the source code of the SoftwareSublicense, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Software or Documentation.
II. Support
A. Springmeyer Law and Bryan Springmeyer agree to make reasonable efforts to assist in training and technical support for its users.
III. Loss of Data
A. User agrees to take extreme caution in protecting their login data. This includes not storing passwords in their computer, using internet security software, and not sharing passwords or login information with any other individual, whether or not they are connected with their business.
B. Security precautions are taken to preserve the confidential and sensitive nature of the documents and information stored in the platform database. However, User agrees to indemnify Springmeyer Law and Bryan Springmeyer for any loss of data in connection with, or caused by, the platform. User further indemnifies Springmeyer Reddy and Bryan Springmeyer for any damages resulting in breaches to database information.
IV. Miscellaneous Provisions
A. Termination of Use. Springmeyer Reddy may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Springmeyer Reddy Web site, including, but not limited to any document creation applications on its site, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this agreement. In the event this agreement is terminated, the restrictions regarding materials appearing on the site and the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitation of liabilities set forth in this agreement shall survive any such termination.
B. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The California state courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
C. Severability. If any provision of this agreement is deemed void, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in force. This contains the entire agreement between you and Springmeyer Reddy concerning your use of the site, and the agreement shall not be modified, except in writing, signed by both parties.
